Do I Qualify to Rent?
In order to provide speedy and effective service, we need the following items:

All rentals: We use your credit check to determine the deposit that you will need to move in. The minimum deposit required will be equal to the rent amount.
Holding Deposit
•All rentals: the holding deposit depends on the unit or RV space that you are trying to rent. It can be ½ of rent required to rent the unit or space.

•If tenant fails to sign rental agreement and pay the balance of funds due within 10 days of date of Agreement to Hold, holding deposit shall be retained by owner.
