About Metter Rentals

Metter Rentals is family-owned. The Metter Family has bee doing business in the Antelope Valley since 1956. We offer clean and comfortable homes, mobile homes and RV spaces throughout the Antelope Valley- Lancaster, Palmdale, Pearblossom and Littlerock.

We have great homes at affordable rates that will not break the bank. We cater to people who are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to live. We maintain a high standard of management and offer great deals on our rentals.

The Antelope Valley is located north of Los Angeles. It offers a high quality lifestyle at an affordable price. Its clean air, uncongested streets and moderate climate offers a breath of fresh air.

Our main office is located in Lancaster. We are open Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM and Saturday or Sunday by appointment. Let us be the first in your search for your next home to rent!
