Print and fill out the application. Sign and bring the completed application, along with cash or money order in the amount of $30.00, and all the required documents to our rental office located at 140 East Avenue G-4, Lancaster CA 93535.   • Current Valid Driver's License or Identification Card
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of Income (last 3 paycheck stubs)
  • Fill out Rental Application
